1. Who we are

pineandpip.com ("Pine & Pip", "we", "us") is operated by Emberline Works LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, registered office 2222 W Grand River Ave Ste A, Okemos, MI 48864, United States. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and age grades

We show the manufacturer's age grade whenever one is provided, and any safety warning required by law. Follow the age grade and warnings, and supervise young children during play. Products are sold for use as described on their product page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency. In the United States, prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where it applies. In other countries, any taxes that apply are shown at checkout. We do not show inflated "compare at" prices. If a price is listed in error, we will contact you before shipping and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred; if we do, we refund you in full.

5. Personalized products

You are responsible for the spelling and content of personalization. We may decline personalization that is offensive, infringes someone else's rights, or that we cannot produce safely. Personalized items are covered by our Refund Policy only for damage, faults or our own mistakes.

7. Reviews

Reviews on our site come only from verified customers. We do not edit reviews except to remove personal data or abusive language, and we publish negative reviews as well as positive ones.

8. Intellectual property

Site text, photos and the Pine & Pip name and logo belong to Emberline Works LLC or its licensors. Product brand names belong to their owners.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection or product safety law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
