Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and the other countries listed in our Shipping Policy. Orders are shipped by our fulfillment partner.
How much is shipping?
$4.95 on orders under $35. Free on orders of $35 or more.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock toys arrive in 4–9 business days in the US (7–15 business days in other countries). Personalized items are made to order and arrive in 5–11 business days. See our Shipping Policy.
Returns
Can I return a toy?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Personalized items can only be returned if they are damaged, faulty or we made a mistake. See our Refund Policy.
Safety
How do you handle toy safety?
We show the manufacturer's age grade whenever one is provided, add the choking-hazard warning required by US law to toys with small parts, never sell high-risk baby products, and check CPSC recalls regularly. Read more on our Toy Safety page.
Can I see a toy's safety documents?
Yes. Email us with the product name and we will request the manufacturer's safety documentation from our supplier and share what they provide.
How do I choose the right age?
Use the age grade on each product page and our Shop by Age menu. Toys marked 3+ may contain small parts and are not for children under 3.
Personalization
How do I personalize an item?
Type the name or text in the box on the product page before adding it to your cart. We print exactly what you enter, so please check spelling.
Can I change the name after ordering?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After production starts we cannot change it.
Payment and prices
Do your prices include tax?
No. Prices are in US dollars and sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Do you run fake sales?
No. We show one honest price. When we run a real promotion, it is a discount code or a clearly dated sale.
