Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Time start processing the next business day. If an order contains both types, it ships when the personalized item is ready, unless we tell you we are sending it in two parcels.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes

Outside the United States, prices are shown in your local currency. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout. Depending on your country, import charges may apply on delivery.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If processing will take longer than shown above, we email you before it happens and you can cancel for a full refund. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us and we will replace it or refund it.

Address changes and cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of ordering to change the address or cancel. Personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started. Customers in the EU and UK also have the 14-day right of withdrawal described in our Refund Policy.
