We take toy safety seriously, and we only promise what we can show you. Here is exactly what we do for every product in the shop.
What we do
- Age grades: we show the manufacturer's age grade on the product page whenever the manufacturer provides one. Please follow it.
- Choking warnings: toys for ages 3 and up that contain small parts, small balls or marbles carry the warning required by US law, next to the product information.
- Products we never sell: inclined infant sleepers, crib bumpers, infant loungers, nests and positioners, infant pillows, baby neck floats, water beads and loose high-powered magnet sets.
- Recall checks: we check the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recall list regularly and remove any affected product straight away.
- Honest listings: we remove medical, developmental and unverified safety claims from product descriptions.

Safety documents on request
Would you like the manufacturer's safety documentation for a specific toy, such as a test report or a Children's Product Certificate? Email hello@pineandpip.com with the product name. We will request it from our supplier and share what they provide.
Recall notices
There are currently no recalls affecting products sold by Pine & Pip. If a recall ever affects a product we sold, it will be listed here and we will contact every buyer directly. You can also check cpsc.gov/Recalls.
Play safely
- Follow the age grade and supervise young children during play.
- Check toys regularly and stop using any that are damaged or have loose parts.
- Keep packaging, batteries and small accessories away from babies and toddlers.
