Questions parents ask

What kind of photo should I upload?

A clear, well-lit photo of your child's face, ideally facing the camera, with no hats or heavy shadows. The better the photo, the closer the likeness.

How do I add the name?

Enter it in the personalization field. We print exactly what you type, so please check spelling.

How long does it take?

It's made to order and ships in 3–5 business days, then US delivery usually takes 4–9 business days.

Can my child play with it?

It's a decorative night light, not a toy. An adult should set it up on a shelf or dresser and keep cords out of children's reach.

How big is it?

The panel is about 17 x 15 cm.

Can I return it?

Because it's made from your photo, returns are accepted only if it arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
