Questions parents ask

What do I need to send?

Upload a clear, well-lit photo of your child, choose their favorite animal and enter their name.

Will it look exactly like my child?

It's a cute illustrated version based on your photo – hair, coloring and clothes are drawn in the same soft style as the samples.

How long does it take?

Made to order: ships in 3–5 business days, then US delivery usually takes 4–9 business days. We print the name exactly as you type it, so please check spelling.

Can my child handle it?

It's a decorative light, not a toy. An adult should place it on a shelf or dresser and keep cords out of children's reach.

How big is it?

About 17 x 15 cm.

Can I return it?

Because it's made from your photo, it can be returned only if it arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
