Questions parents ask

What age is it for?

The age grade is 2+, with adult supervision recommended.

It arrived wrinkled – is that normal?

Yes, folding in shipping can crease the felt. Iron the board when it arrives and the wrinkles will smooth out.

How do the pieces stay on?

Felt grips felt, so the pieces press on and peel off without glue or hook-and-loop tape.

Which themes are available?

Zoo, underwater, farm or space – each comes with its own board and pieces.

How long does shipping take?

It's shipped by our fulfillment partner. US orders usually arrive in 4–9 business days (7–15 business days to other countries). Free US shipping on orders of $35+, otherwise $4.95.

Can I return it?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
